This is the Aviva Stadium Accessible Guide, compiled by the Disability Access Team to help your planning when attendiong on matchdays. You will find information about the accessible facilities and services that are provided for supporters and visitors with access requirements.
Stadium Parking
Accessible Parking
A limited amount of accessible parking passes are distributed to ticket holders. They are distributed by each event’s organiser a minimum of 5 working days before the event. If you require further details, please contact the FAI.

Access to the parking facility closes 2 hours prior to the commencement of the event due to road closures implemented by An Garda Siochana. Details of approach routes to the parking facility are printed on the back of the parking pass.
Pedestrian Access
Stadium Access
To ensure that patrons with mobility difficulties can access the stadium in comfort there are five dedicated access points these are located at:
Entrance E (Lower West Stand),
Entrance X ( Upper West Stand),
Entrance A ( South Stand)
Entrance M ( East Stand)
Entrance I (North Stand).
These entrances are fully serviced by lifts / elevators and are available for patrons that use wheelchairs or mobility aids but are also available to those with reduced mobility. Please contact a stadium steward when you arrive for further assistance.
Ticketing / Box Office
Accessible Tickets
Spectators with reduced mobility / wheelchair users and those with audio / visual Impairments may be entitled to avail of a personal assistant’s ticket. Further details are available from the host of the match or concert, contact details are in our Ticketing Section.

Wheelchair Users
Seating
There are 230 places for wheelchair users and an equal number for their personal assistants. These seats are distributed across all levels of the stadium and can be accessed via lifts / elevators.

There are 51 accessible toilets in the stadium these being located adjacent to all viewing positions.
Disabled Supporter Lounge
Bar / Food Counters
On all concourses the bar and food counters have a lowered section so that people in wheelchairs can be served.
Hearing / Visually Impaired Facilities
Visually Impaired Info
For those with impaired vision:
- tactile flooring is used at the top and bottom of a flight of stairs inside the stadium.
- hearing assistance systems are available from the organisers of sporting events.
- the public address system will give announcements including emergency announcements
- Guide Dogs / Seeing Eye Dogs are permitted in the stadium however you must contact the organiser of the event in advance of booking your ticket to discuss your requirements.
