Stadiaccess – Terms of Use

Welcome to Stadiaccess (“Stadiaccess,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stadiaccess mobile application (the “App”).


Please read them carefully. By downloading, installing, or using Stadiaccess, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.


1. Purpose of the App Stadiaccess provides digital tools designed to enhance your experience at stadiums, sports events, and similar venues. The App may include features such as digital ticket management, venue navigation, interactive event content, and other related services.


2. Eligibility You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age for data consent in your EU member state) to use this App. If you are younger, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.


3. Permissions and Device Access To provide certain features, Stadiaccess may request permission to access your: Camera: For scanning QR codes, capturing photos, or enabling interactive features. Microphone/Audio: For voice commands or event-related sound interactions. Access to these functions is voluntary and based on your explicit consent. You can grant or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.


4. Data Processing and GDPR Compliance We process personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the App (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Stadiaccess or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without written permission.


8. Prohibited Use You agree not to use Stadiaccess: For any unlawful or harmful purpose. To upload or transmit viruses or malicious code. To infringe the rights of others. To disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.


9. Limitation of Liability Stadiaccess is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.


10. Updates and Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date or through an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.


11. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or if necessary for maintenance, legal compliance, or security reasons.


12. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the member state in which you reside, without prejudice to your rights under local consumer protection and data protection laws.
